Frances Belle Cockriel, 86, of Platte City, MO died on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at the Gower Convalescent Home. She was born in Dearborn, MO to the late David and Katie (McMillian) Eskridge.
Frances was the loving wife of the late Donald Cockriel Sr., who died in 1992, dear mother of Donald (the late Mary Jane) Cockriel Jr., Richard (Linda) Cockriel and Bobby (Sandy) Cockriel. Cherished grandmother of Jennifer Zaiss, Brian Cockriel, Chad Cockriel, Kylee Atkinson and the late Brenda Lea Kerr; great-grandmother of Christopher Hodges, Danielle Roberts, Zachary Zaiss, Zoe Zaiss and Olivia Cockriel; great-great grandmother of, Kaylea Grace and Brooklynn Michelle. Dear sister of William (Connie) Eskridge.
The family would like to acknowledge and thank the staff at the Gower Convalescent Home for their gentle care and support the last six years.
Visitation will be Monday, April 27, 2015 from 11 AM until time of service at 12 PM at Terrace Park Funeral Home’s Lakeside Chapel, 801 NW 108th St. (169 Hwy & Shoal Creek) Kansas City, MO. with Pastor Paul Buschmann officiating. Interment will follow at Terrace Park Cemetery.
