John “Johnny” Paul Lemons Jr., 42 of Atchison KS, died at St. Luke’s Hospital on October 29, 2014. He was born in Smithville MO, on April 27, 1972.
Johnny was always smiling and loved Kansas City sports especially the Chiefs; he attended the Cerebral Palsy Foundation for more than 16 years and had a lot of fun at the Atchison Achievement Services the past 3 years.
He was the loving son of Helen (Gene Price) Crawford, dear brother of Eva (Mike) Bidwell cherished grandson of Velma (the late Jack Smith) Harris, step brother of JoAnn O’Brien and Tony Crawford. Special nephew to Harold (Arlene) Smith, Genice (Steve) Read, Judy (Duke) Hughes and Anita (Bill) Burchit. He was a dear uncle, cousin and friend to many.
Friends are asked to wear their Chiefs’ or Royals attire for the visitation on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 from 10 AM until time of service at 11 AM at the Terrace Park Cemetery Lakeside Chapel 801 NW 108th Street (169 & Shoal Creek) Kansas City, with Pastor Rick Florence officiating.
