Loretta Jean Eddy, 69, of Cross Timbers, MO passed away July 23, 2016. She was born February 24th, 1947 in Wolf Point, Montana to Adrian “Shorty” Long and Elizabeth “Betty” Bates.
Loretta was a kind, gentle soul who loved her family dearly. She married her husband Clyde Eddy on October 29th 1967. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 318 of Parkville, MO.
Loretta was preceded in death by her parents Shorty and Betty Long.
Loretta is survived by her husband of 48 years Clyde Eddy; sons Michael Brennon (Michele) Eddy of Belton, MO; Dennis Ray Eddy of Kansas City, MO; daughter Karri Ann Eddy of Parkville, MO; her brothers Arlie (Barbara) Long and Myron (Mary) Long; her sisters Audrey (Lee) Pipal; Laurie Thomas and Cindy (Robert) Ballard, along with 5 grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday July 30th, 2016 at 11:00am with a visitation at 10:00am at Terrace Park Funeral Home; 801 NW 108th St. (169 Hwy & Shoal Creek) Kansas City, MO.
