Patsy E. Barnes 80, of Kansas City, MO died at NorthCare Hospice House on Wednesday, December 17, 2014. She was born in Green Twp., MO on May 20, 1934 to the late William Earl Glenn and Zelma Noreen Lipe Glenn. Patsy was an avid quilter, who loved her family.
She is survived by her daughters Deborah (the late Sonny) Gately, Dona (Mickey) Sandifer, son Neal Barnes 7 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Also surviving is her sister Sue, brothers Bob & Rodney and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friend.
In addition to her parents Patsy is preceded in death by her husband Derrell Barnes who died in 1995.
Visitation will be Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Terrace Park Funeral Home 801 NW 108th Street, (169 Hwy & Shoal Creek Pkwy) Kansas City, MO, from 12 PM until time of service at 1; her final resting place will be at Terrace Park Cemetery.
