Rosemary Hadley

Rosemary Johanna Hadley, 87, of Kansas City, MO, passed away peacefully at her home on November 13, 2014. Services are Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, 6415 NE Antioch Rd, Gladstone, MO 64119. Burial at Terrace Park Cemetery.

Rosemary was born in 1927, to Henry and Minnie Rode in Kansas City.  She was preceded in death by her parents and husband of 64 years, Paul, her sister Dorothy Rode and her brother Harry (Bud) Rode.

She was a 1945 graduate of East High School, a former employee of Sun-Ra Frozen Foods and Midland Radio, and an avid gardener and reader.  Survivors include her children Richard of Arlington, Va., and Gerald, Scott with wife Cindy, and Michael with wife Melinda of Kansas City, Mo., 8 grandchildren; Jason, Lauren, Lindsey, Matt, Aaron, Lucas, Cole, and Courtney, and 4 great- grandchildren; Dalton, Joanna, Enslee, and Parker.

Visitation will be held Monday, November 17, 2014 from 5 to 7 PM at Terrace Park Funeral Home & Cemetery 801 NW 108th Street, (Shoal Creek Pkwy & 169 Hwy) Kansas City.  Fr. Vincent M. Rogers will celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 1 PM at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic 6415 NE Antioch Rd, Gladstone, MO 64119.  Interment to follow at Terrace Park Cemetery.  Memorial Contributions may be made in Rosemary’s memory to the church.
