Debra Ann (Gilpin) Alexander, 62, passed away on April 15, 2019.

Debra was born on December 15, 1956 in Kansas City, Missouri. She attended a few years of college and worked as a medical technician before becoming a homemaker and raising her children. She had many hobbies and pastimes, which included collecting movies, baking, playing bingo, decorating for EVERY holiday, and enjoying the outdoors, camping and fishing, but her family and friends will remember her most for her outgoing social personality and ability to spread any and all news - she was lovingly referred to as "Channel 9 News".

Debra is preceded in death by her parents Rutherford and Evelyn Mills; husband, Michael Alexander; and siblings, Billy, Bobby, and Charles.

She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by her children, Tiffany Gregory, Lorrissia Robertson, Patti Williams, Michael Alexander and Brandi Alexander; 20 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; siblings, David Chambers, Rocky Mills, Ron Mills, and Charlie Mills and Beverly Mills; and her beloved cat, Morris.

A celebration of Debra's life will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at 3:30pm, with visitation beginning at 2:30pm, at Terrace Park Funeral Home.
