Edeltraut Gold

Edeltraut Adelheid Gold, 92, died peacefully December 13, 2018 and will be laid to rest privately.

Edeltraut was predeceased by her beloved husband of 64 years, Heinz-Guenther Gold, son, Manfred Gold, and daughter-in-law, Kathryn Gold. She is survived by her son, Hans-Dieter (Gretchen) Gold and son, Harry Walter (Lisa) Gold, 6 grandchildren, Eric, Andrew (Kate), Ryan, Kayla, Jay and Amy, and 3 great grandchildren, Ian, Leah and Caleb.

Edeltraut and Heinz came to the United States 60 years ago with 2 small children, not speaking the language, after having lived through WWII in Germany, to make a better life for their family.  She was an inspiration to all who knew her for her strength and compassion through even the most difficult of times. Her family is comforted that she is now reunited with her beloved husband in the presence of our Lord.
