John Malony

John L. Malony, 91, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away November 2, 2018. John was born on December 24, 1926 in Kansas City, MO to John and Georgia Malony.

He spent his youth in Thayer and Alton, Missouri. After serving in the Army during WWII, he graduated from University of Missouri at Columbia. John met his wife, Angie Caronia, in Columbia and they were married in Kansas City on February 26, 1952. He worked at American Family Insurance as a district manager for over 30 years. After retiring he bought A&M Printing which is still owned and operated by the Malony family today. John enjoyed golfing, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

John was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Angie, and son, Mike. He is survived by his children; Mark (Tracy) Malony and Susan (Kevin) McMichael; grandchildren, Shawn, Ryan, Adam, Alex, Talon, Alli and great-grandchildren, Luke, Grace, Rose, Faith and Matt.

Services will be at Terrace Park Funeral Home and Cemetery on Monday, November 5th with visitation at 2pm, funeral at 3pm, and burial immediately following.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans.
