Keith Tuller

August 17, 1959 — April 11, 2019

Buffalo, Missouri

Keith Frank Tuller, son of Alvin R. Tuller and Linda M. (Roe) Webb, was born on August 17, 1959 and departed this life on April 11, 2019. At the time of his passing he was 59 years of age.

He grew up in the Hoover Community between Platte City & Smithville, MO. He gave his life to Christ at a young age at the Hoover Christian Church. As a child, loved to play baseball, ride his bike and learned to play horseshoes from a neighbor. He also enjoyed using his dad’s tools to “fix” things, never putting the tools back where they belonged.

As a teen, his love of sports expanded to playing hours & hours of pool, eventually known as the pool shark in the family. He played on the high school baseball team and followed in his dad’s footsteps learning the sport of archery. He worked hard around the farm, putting up hay in the summer, feeding the cattle in the winter and keeping ice on the pond chopped ensuring the cattle had water to drink.

He graduated from Platte CO. RIII High School in 1978 and went on to work at the airport Marriott as a kitchen worker. He went on to work at a sheltered workshop refilling printer ink cartridges; taking great pride in his working keeping his work area neat and clean, not spilling a drop of ink.

Later in life, his favorite place to be was on tractor brush hogging, this was his happy place. He could be heard talking to himself, reflecting on life and solving problems. He loved to spend time at the cabin in the woods canoeing and deer hunting. His favorite time of the year was the months of November and December. He spent the week of deer season with his dad and the guys. He could and would spend hours in the woods trying to harvest a deer. He would spend every Christmas with his mom either in Florida or at his sister’s home.

Keith had remarkable qualities including stubborn to a fault, often a loner, sensitive, tender hearted and never forgot anything. He remembered names, dates and events; family was all he had, he loved each and every one of them.

Keith was preceded in passing by his grandparents; one brother, Gregory D. Tuller; and one step-brother, Kerry Allen. He is survived by his father, Alvin (Dixie)Tuller of Buffalo, MO; his mother, Linda (Richard) Webb of SW Ranches, FL; one sister Tammy (Len) Gilmore of Osceola, MO; two nephews, Travis (Lauren) Gilmore of Garland, TX and Caleb (Olivia) Gilmore of Kansas City, MO; step-sister, Nikki (Mike) Beezley of Ozark, MO; and step nephew, Easton Beezley.
