Patrick Walsh

Patrick J. Walsh, 64, of Kansas City, MO died suddenly on Tuesday, July 31, 2018.  He was born November 17, 1953, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to the late John and Joan (Schuman) Walsh.

Pat was an avid runner and cyclist, having qualified and run in the Boston Marathon.  He also loved playing pool, and was a huge part the pool community. He loved dancing as well and could be found every Saturday night with Melissa at Whiskey Tango. He recently retired an Executive Vice President from Ferrellgas after many years of service.   He earned his Masters Degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin and his CPA from Oklahoma State. He and his wife Melissa were married for 42 years.

He was the loving husband of Melissa (Geiger) Walsh; dear brother of Terry, Brian, Paul, Rich, and Sister Kathy Nelson and brother in law to Grant and Emily Geiger, Greg and Ruth Geiger, Gary and Debora Geiger, a dear uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Visitation will be Saturday, August 4, 2018, from 2-3 at Terrace Park Funeral Home, 801 NW 108th St. (169 Hwy & Shoal Creek) Kansas City, MO. The Celebration of Life Service will follow at 3:30 PM at the funeral home. Interment at Terrace Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Friends of Parkville Animal Shelter PO Box 29121, Parkville, MO 64152. A a celebration of life reception will follow the graveside service at The Park Place 160 English Landing Drive  Parkville, MO 64152.
