Ruth Doyle

Ruth N. Doyle, 100, of Smithville, MO died at Ignite Medical Resort on Saturday, June 16, 2019. She was born September 17, 1918, in Kansas City, KS, to the late Charles V. and Bernice O. (Burtz) Davis.

Ruth was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a bookkeeper for many businesses over the years and was also a tax preparer. She and her husband Perry were founding members of Community Covenant Church in Kearney, MO. She enjoyed traveling with Perry and they traveled the United States, spending many winters in Arizona.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son Perry A. Doyle Jr., daughter-in-law Ernestine Miller; grandchildren Patrick and Sean Doyle; great-grandson Ryan Doyle, step-grandchildren, Stacia Freeman and Raphael (Carol) Freeman Sr.; step-great-grandchildren Chris Pearson, Raphael Freeman Jr. and Jasmin Freeman.

In addition to her parents Ruth is preceded in death by her husband of 78 years, Perry Doyle Sr., 5 siblings and other extended family.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 26, 2019 from 10:30-11:30 AM; with the funeral at 11:30 AM at Terrace Park Funeral Home, 801 NW 108th St. (169 Hwy & Shoal Creek) Kansas City, MO.
