Ryan Lange

April 15, 1987 — July 27, 2018

Ryan William Lange was born April 15, 1987, and left us on July 27, 2018.  He was born in Maryville, MO to Gary and Janet (Zentmire) Lange.  Ryan went to elementary school in Maryville, then Marceline, MO.  Ryan moved with his family to Kansas City where Ryan graduated from Oak Park High School.
Ryan wrestled and played football.  One of his favorite sayings was “Go big or go home”—and he did.  Regularly!  He loved to ride his motorcycle and workout.  He was a millwright by trade.  He could whip up a meal with whatever was handy—it could never be replicated—but you would love it.  He was a “McGuyver” when it came to fixing things.
Ryan had a tattoo:  Veni, Vidi, Vici—I came; I saw; I conquered.  And he did.
Ryan’s biggest joy and accomplishment was being daddy to his 4-year-old son, Tucker.  His “mini-me.”  They both relished the time they got to have together.  Whether it was going to Fun Run, playing Ninja Turtles or just hanging out—they were buddies.  Tucker would always say, “Dad, you’re my best friend.”
Going to Heaven before Ryan was his grandfather, Jud Zentmire; Aunt Linda Hopkins; Uncle Judd Zentmire, second-mom, Connie Lager.  Still here celebrating his life are Tucker; mom and husband, Janet and David Rigsby; dad and fiancé, Gary Lange and Karen Beyer; sister and brother-in-law, Jessica and Joe Collier and their children, Ava and Jax; Grandmother, Shirley Zentmire.  Grandparents Marvin and Mary Lange, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Ryan leaves behind lots of friends and memories. Please remember:
Only God can turn a
MESS into a MESSAGE
A TEST into a TESTIMONY
A TRIAL into TRIUMPH
A VICTIM into VICTORY
