Arvil Laird

Arvil L. Laird, 94, of Kansas City, MO died on Sunday, June 3, 2018, he was born in Coolidge, Texas on February 11, 1924 to the late Robert and Matilda (Hampton) Laird.

Arvil proudly served in the U.S. Air Force during WWII, he was a member of the Masonic Lodge for more than 50 years. He retired from AT&T where he worked as a mechanical engineer.

He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Wanda Laird; daughters Ann Grunloh and Elaine (Paul) Linden, grandchildren Lisa Cotten, John (Melissa) Linden, David (Anna) Linden and Rachelle (Eric) Bryson; great-grandchildren Gabrielle, KimberLee and Riley Dungan, Lillian, Aidan, Nicholas, Alexander and Andrew Linden.

In addition to his parents, Arvil is preceded in death by 2 sisters and 2 brothers.
