Charles William Bratten

Charles "Pop" WIlliam Bratten, 100, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2023.

Charles was born on June 5, 1922 in Cleveland, Ohio. He grew up in Dayton, Ohio and later moved to the Kansas City area. He worked as a tool dye maker and loved hunting deer and fishing.

He married Rose Wanda Hagar, who passed in 1995, and together they had six children, Bill Jr., Charlene, Chris, John, Rhonda, and Bernadette.

Later in life he married Ellen Rasmussen, who passed in 2005.

He is survived by two daughters, Rhonda and Bernadette; 10 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
