Kansas City

Frances Sheppard, 92, of Kansas City, Missouri, resting in Jesus’ arms on March 15, 2024. She was born August 3, 1931, in Clark County Georgia to the late Garret B. and Ailean (Seagraves) Woods.

In addition to her parents and son-in-law, Frances is preceded in death by her husband Jim, who died in 2019, and her siblings James & Lorene.
