Bill was preceded in death by his parents: Frank Carl and Hazel Evelyn Booth; and one brother: Warren (Anne) Booth.

He is survived by his loving wife: Carole Booth; children: Peter (Katy) Booth, David (Vlasta) Booth, Michael (Rebecca) Fortner, Keith (Candy) Fortner, and John Fortner; grandchildren: Esther, Aviela, Spencer, Frances, Lucinda, Elizabeth and Jeffrey, Charles, Miranda, Jacob, Rachel and Nathan, Laura and Taylor; as well as his great grandchildren: Kristian, Arwen, and Harrison.
