Gary Perkins Jr.

Gary Gene Perkins, Jr., 54, passed away on March 17, 2021.

Gary was born on January 14, 1967 in Kansas City, Missouri. As a lifelong resident of the Northland, he attended St. Therese Catholic School and Park Hill High School. Gary was a jack of all trades and worked various jobs, but cooking was his passion in and outside of work. He especially enjoyed cooking meals for his family.

Gary will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by his father, Gary Perkins Sr. (Wanda); mother, Charlet Duty (Steve); sisters, Laura Imlay (Kevin), Brandi Lopeman (Jason), and Crystal Ferguson (Steve); children, Kimberly, Andrew, and Raymond; grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Services will be held at Terrace Park Funeral Home & Cemetery on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, with the praying of the Rosary at 9:45 am, followed by the visitation at 10:00 AM, funeral at 11:00 AM, and graveside service immediately after. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Northcare Hospice or the American Lung Association.
