Genevieve June Purcell, 92, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away Sunday, April 16, 2017, at the Mosaic Life Center in St Joseph, Missouri. Genevieve was born March 18, 1925, to the late George and Mary Drum Kramer, in Chicago, IL. She was married to James Francis Purcell, who preceded her in death in 1999. Private Service has been set. Burial will be at Terrace Park Cemetery.
