Jesse Lee Cook

Jesse Lee Cook, 45, of Gladstone, Missouri passed away on July 19, 2023.

Jesse was born on January 1, 1978. He was middle child of three sons born to Daniel and Jean Cook. Jesse graduated from Winnetonka High School where he was involved in the drama dept and the school’s news team. He spent a brief time working in the restaurant industry at Olive Garden and Stroud’s, but in his spare time his favorite activity was playing video games. He was an especially talented when it came to racing games and he led many teams to victory. He was also an exceptional uncle, affectionately known as “Uncle Jesse” and cherished his time spent with his nieces and nephews, always looking to make them laugh.

Jesse will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by his parents, Dan and Jean Cook; brothers, Jeremy (Susie) Yazell and Roy (Trisha) Cook; nieces and nephews, Ashley Yazell, Tearsa (Andrew Johnson) Yazell, Adam Yazell, Shelby Yazell, Dani Yazell, Caleb Cook and Logan Cook; grandmother, Betty Cook; and many extended family and friends.

Jesse was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Dave and Doris Kelso. And his paternal grandfather Roy L Cook

A Celebration of Life will be held at Terrace Park Funeral Home on Saturday, July 29, 2023, with visitation from 12pm-1pm, funeral service at 1pm, and burial following.
