John Bly Jr.

John William Bly Jr., of Parkville, Missouri passed away on September 5, 2022.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Terrace Park Funeral Home on Monday, September 12th with visitation from 1:00pm to 2:00pm, immediately followed by the funeral and graveside service.

John was born on February 25, 1967 to John and Linda Bly. He graduated from Park Hill High School and obtained his welding certificate and airplane maintenance license.  John was employed by a few businesses in his work careers; TWA/American Airlines, Faultless Starch, Bayer and HyVee. Outside of work, he loved nothing more than spending time with his children, fishing, riding ATVs, motorcycles and his extensive movie collection. John is preceded in death by his mother, Linda Bly, who was his lifeline and constant advocate. He will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by; his children Aaron and Abby Bly.  His father John Bly and his father's wife Susan Bly. His Sisters; Tammi Walker along with her husband Josh Walker, Lorri Cotter, and Patti Stepp Gillett. His 6 nieces, 6 nephews and 8 great nieces and nephews, who knew him as "Funcle".  His Aunts, Uncles, many cousins, and friends.

John's children were his heart, his everything. He enjoyed nothing more than spending time with his beloved children. He was always so proud of Aaron and Abby.
