Obituary

Judyth Peterson Webb, 92, of Gladstone, Missouri passed away on April 23, 2026 at home. 

Judy was born August 30, 1933 in Benton County, Missouri near Windsor to Glenn and Retta (McKean) Christian. She graduated from Northeast High School in 1951. After graduation, Judy met and married Clayton Peterson in December 1951. Together they had five children. While mostly a stay-at-home mom, where she loved to sew, Cook and bake (especially her chocolate chip cookies). She worked at Linden West school in the cafeteria as well as being a room mother and the PTA. Judy also worked for Sears as a dispatcher, retiring after 25 years. Judy was very active at Linden Baptist Church, serving in many capacities including in the kitchen, the nursery, VBS and as a Sunday School teacher. She dedicated her life to the Lord and her family. Later in life, she married Alivia Webb and they moved back to the country in Windsor to enjoy the quiet farm life until Alivia's passing in 2011.

Judy is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clayton and second husband, Alvia Webb; and brother Dean Christian. She leaves behind her children, Janet (Tom) Kuhn, Jerry (Tammy) Peterson, Becky (Scott Flippin), Richard Peterson and Kerry Sullivan; grandchildren, Jim (Becky) Kuhn, Tiffany (Rob) Wijnhoven, Shelby Williams, Beth Peterson, Stephanie Wilson, Christine (Michael) Pierce, Matt Peterson, Monica Peterson, Diane (Joey) Piersante, Katherine Sullivan, Kayla (Peter) Otim; great grandchildren, Trevor (Meric) Kuhn, Austen Kuhn, Brittan Kuhn, Morgan Wijnhoven, Juliana Wijnhoven, Emery Williams, Parker Wilson, Maia Pierce, Cole Pierce, Mila Klein, Israel Otim, Aisha Otim, and Jules Piersante; great-great grandchildren, Gabriel and Owen; and many extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Terrace Park Funeral Home on Thursday, April 30 with visitation beginning at 10:00am, funeral service at 11:00am, and burial following. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Linden Baptist Church.
