Kenneth Wesley
Dugan Jr.
August 4, 1937 – February 15, 2026
Kenneth “Kenny” Wesley Dugan Jr., 88, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away on February 15, 2026.
Kenny was born on August 4, 1937, in Kansas City, Missouri, the oldest of three children born to Kenneth Wesley Dugan Sr. and Pearl Dugan. He graduated from Park Hill High School, where he met the love of his life, Patricia. The two were married right out of high school and shared 45 wonderful years of marriage until Patricia’s passing.
Kenny dedicated his life to hard work and craftsmanship. He built a long and respected career in construction, specializing in sheet metal, and was a proud member of Local #2. A true master of his trade, Kenny had a remarkable ability to build and fix just about anything. He read countless “how-to” books, and when no instructions could be found, he relied on his ingenuity and determination to make any project succeed. His skill, patience, and pride in his work left a lasting mark on everything he touched.
Outside of his career, Kenny found his greatest joy in nature and in time spent with his family. He often merged his passions by spending time with his wife and children on countless camping, hunting, and fishing trips.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Patricia Dugan.
Kenny will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by his children, David (Carole) Dugan, Danny (Rhonda) Dugan, and Danetta (Joe) Glanville; his grandchildren, Denise (Patrick) Barron, David (Carrie) Dugan, Greg (Michelle) Dugan, Stephanie Dugan, Brianna Glanville, and Colton Glanville; his great-grandchildren, Logan, Riley, Gabriel, Wesley, Wyatt, Gemma, Aryanna, Keara, and Isabella; his siblings, Patricia Medill and Gary Dugan; as well as many extended family members and dear friends.
A celebration of Life will be held at Terrace Park Cemetery - Lakeside Chapel, on Saturday, February 21st, at 2pm.
