Linda Sue Carslake, 64, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2023. She was born in Topeka, Kansas to Donna and the late Walter Randall on December 1, 1958.

Linda was a bright star who loved music, watching television and movies. She was a bookkeeper for many years, working for several companies in the construction field. Her family loved her cooking. She was also an artist, making beautiful stained-glass pieces, creating decorative boxes and various paintings. Her creativity extended into writing; she wrote poetry and wrote a novel; she also created a game called Lotto.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years, David Carslake; sons Evan and Ian Carslake, sister Judy Roberts and Wendy VanWagner, she is also survived by her mother Donna Burke and other extended family and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, April 11, 2023 from 2:30 PM until time of service at 3:30 PM all at Terrace Park Funeral Home, 801 NW 108th St. (169 Hwy & Shoal Creek) Kansas City, MO. Cremation will follow the service and inurnment will be in Terrace Park Cemetery.
