Lois Ann Lybarger

Lois Ann Lybarger, a beacon of warmth and kindness, departed this world on September 24, 2025, at the age of 84. Born on November 26, 1940, Lois dedicated her life to nurturing those around her and making everyone feel included. Her vibrant spirit and her remarkable ability to put others before herself will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Lois devoted 42 and a half years of her career as an Office Coordinator at the 7-UP Bottling Company, where her incredible organizational skills shone brightly. She was known for her meticulous attention to detail in both her personal and professional life, always ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Her colleagues cherished her not only for her competence but also for the genuine care and support she offered both at work and beyond. Throughout her lifetime, her faith held a special place in her heart while she attended St. James Lutheran in her early years, and attended Gloria Dei Lutheran church in her later years. In October 1959, Lois married her beloved husband Bill, forging a partnership that lasted an admirable 54 years. Their journey together was filled with love and shared memories that shaped their lives. Lois's dedication to her family was evident in every aspect of her life. Together with Bill, she embraced the joy of traveling in their RV with fellow members of the Good Sam RV Nuts Club, seeking adventure whether it was in Texas during the winter or camping at the lake. Their shared experiences included breathtaking cruises to enchanting locales like St. Thomas and the Virgin Islands, where Lois's laughter and joy radiated like the sun. Those fortunate enough to cross paths with Lois will forever remember her loving nature and her unwavering support. She had an innate ability to make everyone feel valued and cared for, an extraordinary trait that characterized her life and legacy. Lois's heart was a home for so many, and her friendships were cherished treasures.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Doris Lewis; her husband, Bill Lybarger; grandson: Jonathan Lybarger; and great grandson: Noah Lybarger.

Lois is survived by her sons: Troy (Kim) Lybarger, and John (Julie) Lybarger; 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 3 sisters, 1 brother, as well as many other family and friends.
