Mari Anne McMaken

Mari Anne McMaken, beloved mother, sister, friend and more, passed away, April 10, 2024, at the age of 63, in Saint Joseph, MO. Born to Ancil Eugene and Lily “Bea” Harness, December 2, 1960, in Kansas City, MO. 

Mari Anne's love for life and nature shown through on her many adventures. Traveling to visit family and camping all over the US in her bright red suburban “the Beast”. 

Mari Anne brought a creative and unique warmth to gatherings. Always sharing the best of herself and encouraging everyone to live….

Mari Anne was preceded in death by her parents, siblings Rebecca Sue and Gary Wallace, and daughter, Samantha Michelle Henderson.

She will fondly remembered and greatly missed by her children, Rebecca (Heath) Tiblow and Michael (Cynthia) Heath II; grandchildren, James Tiblow, Eugena Tiblow, Jaxon Tiblow, Ethan Tiblow, Trace Heath and Makena Heath; siblings, Wesley Harness and Deborah Johnson; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
