He is preceded in death by his father, Stephen Ballew and daughter, Melinda Ballew.
Michael is survived by his parents, LeeAnn and Glenn Pack; sisters, Cynthia Boston, Karen (Jimmy) Hagen; brother, Stephen Ballew; children, Pamela Edwards, Steven Fellers and 6 grandchildren.
Private graveside services will be held.
