Rosalie Nickell

January 17, 1929 — May 20, 2024

Rosalie Nickell, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away peacefully with her loving family at her side on May 20, 2024. She was born on January 17, 1929, daughter of the late Michael N. Kelley and Mary A. (Barns) Kelley.

Rosalie and her late husband E.L. shared over 40 years of marriage. They were blessed with 6 children. Together they devoted their lives to nurturing their family and raising their children with boundless love and affection. After raising her family she worked in the laundry business for many years. She took pride in all she did, Rosalie was a hard-working strong woman. Family meant everything to her, and she cherished her time with them.

Her love was endless and knew no bounds as she always sacrificed and put others before herself. She took pleasure in the simple things in life such as her love for coffee and her fondness for animals. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
