Shirley Terry

Shirley Wolf Terry was born October 21, 1941 in Litchfield, Minnesota and spent most of her life in Kansas City, Missouri. She entered her Heavenly home on January 3, 2026 at North Care Hospice House at the age of 84.

Shirley devoted her life to her loved ones and after graduating from Nursing School she worked tirelessly and passionately as a Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery at NKC Hospital for 35 years and spent many years teaching Pre-Natal Classes at the hospital as well.

Shirley enjoyed traveling to many countries in Europe with her best friend Linda, and they would share one last ride together.

Shirley is survived by her husband of 66 years, Raymond Bud Terry; 3 daughters Sherry (Jeff) Schmidt; Kim (Brian) Granger and Robin Wright; a son Kevin Terry; a sister Barb Wolf-Force; 8 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Terrace Park Funeral Home on Saturday, January 31st, with service at 2:00pm.
