Steven is preceded in death by his parents Gibson and Margaret Sullivan, and his daughter Crystal Lynn.

He is survived by his son, Tim Sullivan Dines (Kayla); brothers, Marty and Chris Sullivan (Beth); and sister, Karen Freeman.

A celebration of life to honor Steves life will be held at a later date.
