Tiffani Chocholousek, 38 of Lee’s Summit, MO died on Saturday, November 5, 2016. She was born May 13, 1978, Hollister, California.
Tiffani will forever be remembered as a strong, confident, funny and loving person, the co-owner of Tiff N Jays in Lee’s Summit, she loved life, all kinds of music and her family; she enjoyed running and Manatees. Her children were her life and enjoyed attending their school events.
She is survived by her husband Jay, children, Abriana (18) and Braxton Chocholousek (14); parents Hank and Kathy Borg; Siblings Nicole Scott (husband Gregory), Danielle Borg, Matthew Borg (wife Cathi), Adalina Borg; Brother-in-law Brad Chocholousek (wife Denise), Nieces and Nephews, Christopher (29), Taylor Marie Decker-St. Louis (28), Michael (25), Steven (23), and Courtney Chocholousek (19), Tenley Hart (11), Jason McDavitt (11), Cylin Scott (4) and a host of friends.
A celebration of life will be Thursday, November 10, 2016 beginning at 5 PM at Her restaurant Tiff N Jay’s 700 NE Woods Chapel Rd, Lee’s Summit. No memorials are requested. Share online condolences at TerraceParkFuneral.com
