Esther Wolf

Esther A. Wolf, 97, passed away on July 3, 2021.

Esther was born on January 22, 1924 near Salisbury, MO to Charles and Edith Walter. She grew up on a farm in rural Missouri and later moved to the Kansas City area where she married James Wolf, and stayed home caring for their two children.

Esther was a master at completing puzzles and puzzle books, but most importantly, she loved spending time with her family, whom she cared for dearly.

Esther is preceded in death by her parents; husband, James E. Wolf; and son, David E. Wolf. She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by her daughter, Carol Kidd; grandchildren, Scott Walters, Robin Kraus, Jason Walters, Amanda Richardson, Robert Wolf, and Joseph Wolf, and numerous great- and great-great grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 9, 2021 at 2:00pm at Terrace Park Funeral Home, with the visitation beginning at 1:00pm and burial following immediately following the funeral services. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
