Luis Michael Pagãn, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away on February 21, 2021. Luis was born to Santos and Elsa (Zepeda) Pagãn on August 20, 1984 in Chicago, Illinois. He moved to the Kansas City area with his family in 1997, due to his father's job placement. He married Shannon Roe (Ryan) on March 27, 2017 combining their families. They have 7 children between the two. Luis was a family man. Luis would often spend his days rough housing with his children, taking them to the park or the lake. Luis would let his daughters play dress up with him, paint his nails and do his make-up. Luis would help his sons fix things around the house or play video games. Luis would go along with all his wife’s hair brain ideas and projects, gladly with a smile on his face because it made her happy. No project ever seemed too big or small.
